Renting should not be a gamble.

KiriSpace is headquartered in Nairobi. It started after too many friends and students lost deposits to houses that didn't exist. We built a simple idea: list only what we've seen with our own eyes.

Today we work with local agents and owners in Nairobi, the Coast, Murang’a, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret and beyond. They list under the KiriSpace name, and we verify every single listing before it goes live.

Tenants and students never pay us, and never need an account. Just search, compare and call.
