Real places only
Only list a property or business you own or are authorised to market. Every listing is reviewed before it goes live.
Honest photos and prices
Use recent photos of the actual property. Show the full price, including any compulsory service charges.
Keep availability current
Mark a property as Taken as soon as it is let. Listings left out of date may be hidden.
Changes are re-checked
Editing a listing's details or photos sends it back for review before it shows again.
Not allowed
Fake listings, upfront "viewing fees", discriminatory wording, or contact details that don't belong to you. Breaking these rules leads to suspension.
