How verification works

Four checks stand between a listing and your screen.

  1. Step 1

    Owner ID check

    We confirm the person listing is the owner or an authorised agent, using their national ID and ownership or management documents.

  2. Step 2

    Site visit

    A KiriSpace team member visits the property to confirm it exists, matches the description and is safe to live in.

  3. Step 3

    Photo check

    We compare every photo with the real property. Old, borrowed or misleading photos are rejected.

  4. Step 4

    Approval

    Only then does the listing get its Verified badge and go live. Anything that fails is rejected with a reason.
